I wanted to write and say Thank You so much for all of your effort in my (NY) job search.  As you know, I am fairly new when it comes to job searching, as well as dealing with a recruiter, but you made the experience run as smoothly as possible. Thanks for putting in the extra help when it came to getting my TN Status (John, I know it was probably just as frustrating for you!) and Victor, for searching for other possibilities when I was in New York.  It was a pleasure dealing with your company, and the both of you especially.
